How are you feeling at the close of the year? Was 2011 good to you? Or. Instead, did it, forgive my language, really suck?
Wherever you are now, however you feel about 2011, God wants you to not miss out on the hope ahead of you. Like our Scrooge-y character from “Scrooged” here, you still can have the Christmas- and any other day of the year- miracle; it’s not too late for you!
God hasn’t forgotten you; His mercies exist because of you!
“Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.”
Lamentations 3:22-23
And He knows what He wants to do with your future, your 2012…
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11
Go into your life and your next year, armed with that Truth! Perhaps 2011 wasn’t a great year for you. You still made it through; you’re still here!!! There is a great reason for that!!! God still has tremendous plans to bless you. Some of these blessings can only happen in 2012!!! Step into it, then, with joy and enthusiasm! The best is yet to come!!!
