Seasons change...

I love the beauty of autumn. The colors are simple extraordinary. Over the past weekend, my husband and I were able to spend some time in this incredible park.

Seasons.Change. It's more than about color, temperature; it's about God';s specific, unique work in our individual lives. To everything, there is a season...What season are you in? where are you in that season? The start? The seemingly tedious middle? The end?

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:”
Ecclesiastes 3:1

Wherever you are, know that things will change. With those changes, God wants to bless you with a current, special version of who you are. Joyce Meyer has a great quote about enjoying who you are on the way to where you're going. That's the challenge, isn't it? Are you there?

Seasons have purpose. Your season, right now, has significant purpose and importance. Don't rush it or hate it. God still is clear about what He's doing in your life:

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11

Enjoy your season. You are blessed in and because of it. There's more wonderful God to come in your life!
